If the installation has audit exposure, add the documentation chain you expect: ISO/IEC 17025 routed calibration, NIST-traceable records, CE or FCC evidence, hazardous-area marking, IP67 field sealing, or customer-specific validation notes. If the request is urgent, include whether the line is stopped, whether a temporary substitute is allowed, and which distributor region should be checked first.
